- We have recently recieved notification the current silica type coatings will be discontinued by November 1st 2010 and replace with polymeric agent type coatings availible. There are trhee types offered type III, IV and Type IX. We are looking for any reccomendation concerning which type of these coatings would benefit the Corrosion Repair Facilities mission to provide a quality product to our operating forces,and reduce the effects on the environment and personnel.
